EVA Case Material & Layer Options
Customize the outer surface, EVA core and lining materials according to the appearance, structure and protection requirements of your product.
Material options can include PU, polyester, jacquard and embossed exterior finishes, combined with an EVA structural layer and selected lining materials such as polyester or flannel. Material combinations can be coordinated according to the application, desired feel and project requirements.

Case dimensions and storage layouts are developed around your product specifications and intended use.
An existing mold may reduce shell tooling costs if its dimensions suit your equipment. A new size or shape may require new tooling and additional cost, subject to feasibility review. Fit and closure must be checked through paid sampling.

Custom foam inserts designed to support equipment protection, organized storage and convenient access.
Foam options may include CNC-cut foam, die-cut foam, layered inserts and formed trays, depending on your equipment and protection needs. Material, cavity layout and fit are reviewed during development and evaluated through physical samples.

PROTOTYPE & SAMPLING
Turn Your Product Requirements Into a Working Sample
A prototype helps confirm the case size, foam layout, materials, branding and overall fit before moving into production.
Initial reviews use your dimensions, photos or drawings. Physical fit and closure checks require paid sampling. Samples typically take 7–10 working days after design confirmation and receipt of the sample payment, with timing confirmed for each project.
PRODUCTION & QUALITY CONTROL
From Sample Approval to Production
After the prototype is approved, production follows the confirmed case structure, materials, foam layout, branding and packaging requirements.
Key details such as dimensions, foam fit, stitching, zippers, logo application and overall assembly can be checked during production and before packing. Final requirements are reviewed against the approved sample and order specifications.
