Material options can include PU, polyester, jacquard and embossed exterior finishes, combined with an EVA structural layer and selected lining materials such as polyester or flannel. Material combinations can be coordinated according to the application, desired feel and project requirements.

A prototype helps confirm the case size, foam layout, materials, branding and overall fit before moving into production.
Send us product dimensions, drawings, photos or a physical sample. After the design details are confirmed, prototype samples typically take about 7–10 working days. Adjustments can be reviewed before final approval.
PRODUCTION & QUALITY CONTROL
From Sample Approval to Production
After the prototype is approved, production follows the confirmed case structure, materials, foam layout, branding and packaging requirements.
Key details such as dimensions, foam fit, stitching, zippers, logo application and overall assembly can be checked during production and before packing. Final requirements are reviewed against the approved sample and order specifications.
